Chana dal - 1 cup (200g)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chilies - 2
Garlic cloves - 3
Ginger
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Salt - 1 tsp
Onion - 1
Oil for frying
