Ingredients for Paratha:
Flour 500g
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for filling:
500 gm Chicken mince (filling)
2 tbsp Green chilli (chopped)
Tomato (chopped) 1
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Capsicum 1 cup
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Ingredients for sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Mustered paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese as required
Cheddar cheese as required
Directions for filling:
Heat oil in pan then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and sauté for a minute.
Add chicken mince, salt, red chili flakes, black pepper and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Then add onion, capsicum, green chilies, mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce and cook for another minute.
Directions for paratha:
In a bowl add flour, salt, oil; add water gradually and knead dough.
Make small balls of dough and roll it out.
Heat a flat pan, place rolled paratha on it, cook from one side and set aside.
Now spread mustard sauce on cooked side, sprinkle cheese and top with cooked filling.
Add olives, bbq sauce, cheese on top and cover with another half cooked paratha.
Pour oil on the pan and cooked paratha from both sides properly until it will become golden brown.
Your tasty paratha sandwich is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
