A simple and delicious sabzi that is highly nutritious and quick to make.PAPDI KI SABZIIngredients100 grams broad beans (papdi), stringed and broken into 1 inch piecesDough½ cup rice flour¼ cup Tata Sampann Fine Besan¼ tsp turmeric powder¼ tsp red chilli powderSalt to taste2 tsps oilSabzi2 tsps oil+ for applying½ tsp mustard seeds¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste1 tbsp goda masala1 tbsp chopped jaggeryCoriander leaves for garnishScraped fresh coconut for garnishSalad to serveMethod1. To make the dough, take rice flour in a bowl, add Tata Sampann Fine Besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and oil and mix well. Add ¼ cup water little by little till a stiff dough is formed. 2. To make the sabzi, heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida and turmeric powder and sauté for a few seconds.3. Add papdi and salt and sauté well. Add 1½ cups water, goda masala and jiggery and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes, mixing in between. 4. Meanwhile, apply a little oil on the worktop and the dough and roll into a thin disc. Cut into diamonds, gently lift them up and slide them into the pan, gently mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. 5.
