Ingredients:
For Papdi :
All purpose flour(maida)- 1 cup
Semolina (Sooji/Rava)- 1/4 cup
Salt to taste - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil to fry
Green Chutney -
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Mint leaves -1/4 cup
Ginger -2 inch
Green chilli-2
Salt to taste

Tamarind chutney-
Tamarind pulp-1/3 cup
Salt-1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Water -1/3 cup

Roasted cumin powder-
Cumin seeds -2 tbsp

For Decoration:
Curd
Onion
Coriander leaves
Chat masala powder
Sev bhujia
