Papad Cones | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Roasted papad shaped into cones stuffed with chatpata mixture.

PAPAD CONES

Ingredients

4 papads
1 cup green gram, boiled
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped raw mango
1 tbsp fresh coriander
1 tbsp sev + for garnish
1 chopped green chilli
¼ tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
¼ tsp red chilli powder
Juice of ½ lemon
Coriander sprig for garnish

Method

1. Cut papads in half and roast each on a non-stick tawa. Shape into a cone while still warm.
2. Take boiled green gram in a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, raw mango, fresh coriander, sev, green chillies, chaat masala, salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice and mix well.
3. Fill the prepared mixture in the papad cones.
4. Garnish with sev and coriander sprig.
5. Serve immediately.
