This simple Pani Puri recipe shows you how to make Pani Puri at home which includes making the Puris as well as the Meetha and Theeka Pani. Given below are the ingredients of this Pani Puri or Golgappa Recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
For the Puris:
1 cup Rava (Semolina)
2 tbsp Maida (Flour)
Salt to taste
Water as required for kneading
Fresh Oil for frying

For the Meetha Pani:
1 cup Water
1 cup Jaggery
1/2 cup Tamarind paste
1 tsp roasted Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
A little Salt
A little Black Salt

For the Teekha Pani:
1-inch Ginger
7-8 Green Chillies
1/2 cup Pudina (Mint)
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 litres Chilled Water
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Chaat masala
3/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
Salt to taste
Khara Boondi (Optional)
Filling (Optional)
