Ingredient Quantity
For Marination:
Paneer cut into cube 250 gms
Oil 1 tbsp + 2-3 tbsp
Ajwain (carom seeds) tsp
Gram Flour (Besan) 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Garam masala tsp
Green cardamom powder tsp
Black salt tsp
Kasoori methi tsp
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Curd cup
Salt to taste
Onion cut into cube 1 no
Tomato cut into cube 1 no
Green capsicums cut into cube 1 no
For gravy
Oil 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Bay leaf 2 no
Onion chopped 3 no
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger julienne inch
Green chilli slit 3 no
Tomato chopped 3 no
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Green cardamom powder tsp
Black salt tsp
Water as required
Coriander chopped cup
Kasoori methi 1 tsp
Cream cup

Method:-
For Marination:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add ajwain and gram flour mix it well and cook on medium flame for about 1 Min.
2. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Saut for 30 sec.
3. Remove mixture in bowl. Add red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, Green cardamom powder, black salt, kasoori methi, mustard oil, curd and mix well.
4. Add salt and mix well.
5. Add paneer cubes, onion cubes, capsicum cubes, tomato cubes and mix well. Keep it aside.
6. Heat oil in grill pan. Place the paneer cubes along with onion, tomato and green capsicum on it and grill them well from all the side.
7. Remove in plate and keep it aside.
For gravy:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, cumin seeds and saut till cumin splutter.
2. Add chopped onion and mix well. Saut for 5-6 min. or till onions becomes brown in color.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Saut for 1 min.
4. Add chopped tomato and mix well.
5. Add salt and mix well. Saut for 5 min.
6. Add Red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, green cardamom powder, black salt and mix well. Saut for 1 min.
7. Add water and mix well. Cook for 2-3 min and keep it aside.
8. Add green chilli slit, ginger julienne, chopped coriander, kasoori methi and mix well. Saut for 2 min.
9. Add cream and mix well. Cook for 1 min.
10. Add grilled paneer along with onion, tomato, green capsicum and mix well. Cook for 1 min.
11. Remove in serving bowl. Garnish with ginger julienne, green chilli slit, kasoori methi and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
