Paneer sandwich mussalam

Ingredients qty

Boiled Potato 1 no.
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Walnuts chopped 1tbsp
Pistachio 1tbsp + sprinkle
Green chili 1tsp +1/2 tsp
Red chili powder ¼ tsp + 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp +1/4 tsp + sprinkle
Salt to taste
Coriander chopped 1 Tbsp
Paneer slices 4no.
Ghee 2 tbsp
Jeera 1tsp
Bay leave 2 no.
Onion chopped 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Tomato 1 cup
Cashew nuts 8 to 10 no.
Coriander powder 1 ½ tbsp
Garam masala ¼ tsp
Khoya 1 tbsp +sprinkle
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Julienne ginger 1tsp
Kasuri methi ½ tsp +sprinkle
Elachi powder ¼ tsp
Water as required
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Oil 1 Tbsp

Method

For filling.

1. First take a bowl and 1 boiled potato and mesh it, now add ginger, walnuts, pistachio, green chili, red chili powder, turmeric powder salt to taste, coriander chopped and mix it properly.
2. Now take a paneer square and cut it into slices and put the remaining part in the mixture and mesh it properly.
3. Now take the slices of paneer and put the potato mixture on it, press it properly, and put another slice of paneer on it and keep aside.
4. Now take a pan add ghee, jeera, bay leaf, onion, and sauté it for 3 mins, now add ginger garlic paste and sauté again.
5. Now add tomato, and salt to taste and sauté for some time.
6. Now add cashew nuts and sauté for 2 mins.
7. Now remove the half mixture from the pan, remove all the cashews and put it in the mixture jar, put some water for perfect consistence, and give it a blend.
8. Let the half mixture in the pan cook for some time.
9. Now put the mixture blend in the gravy ( in pan)
10. Now add the spices like coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and sauté all the spices properly for 3 to 4 mins, it should leave all the oil from it.
11. Now when the gravy gets thicken, put khoya and fresh cream for some sweetness and richness.
12. Now add juliennes of ginger, chopped green chilies, kasuri methi, elachi powder and mix it properly.
13. Put little bit of water and sauté it for 2mins.
14. Now take grill pan drizzle oil on it.
15. Now take a bowl add corn starch and water to make a mixture.
16. Make a thin watery consistence batter to cover the potato mixture.
17. Deep the paneer sandwich in the batter and put it in the grilling pan and let it cook till there are marks on it.
18. Now flip the paneer and sprinkle dry spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder ,and put gravy on top of It. Now flip the paneer and put the gravy on other side and let it cook for 2 mins.
19. Now take the pan of gravy and add dome water to adjust the consistency of the gravy.
20. Our gravy is ready.
21. Serve the gravy in the plate and put the paneer on it and sprinkle kasuri methi, grated khoya and pistachio.
22. It’s ready to eat, serve hot.
