INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
For Chutney:
Coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves cup
Green Chillies 2 nos
Ginger inch
Water 2 tbsp
Lemon 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder tsp

For Sandwich Stuffing:
Onion cubes 1 no
Capsicum cubes no
Tomato cubes (diced) 1 no
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder tsp
Garam Masala Powder tsp
Chaat Masala Powder 1 tsp
Boiled Potatoes 2 nos

For Sandwich:
Paneer 1 block (250g)
Processed Cheese 1 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp

For Garnish:
Sev for garnish
Processed Cheese for garnish
Coriander sprig for garnish

Method:
For Chutney:
1. In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger ,water and blend it until you get thick texture.
2. Once its done, transfer it to a bowl.
3. Add some lemon juice, chaat masala , salt and chilli powder and Mix well.
For Sandwich Stuffing:
4. Next, cut onion, capsicum and tomato in medium size cubes.
5. Take a pan, add some oil and heat it.
6. Toss your veggies in the pan.
7. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masal, chaat masala and mix well.
8. Mash the boiled potatoes and add it to the veggies mix it well.
9. Remove it in a bowl and keep it aside.

For Sandwich:
10. Thinly slice the paneer
11. Apply the chutney and add the stuffing mixture to it
12. Top it with grated cheese and gently overlap the paneer slices.
13. In a grill pan add some oil and slide the sandwiches to it.
14. Spread some butter on it.
15. Grill them from both sides until they get grill marks.

For Garnishing:
16. Garnish them with green chutney, sev, cheese and cut it into two pieces
17. Remove in serving plate add coriander sprig and Serve it hot.
