Paneer pasanda is a dish from the Mughlai cuisine, paneer sandwiched with pleasant spices and then cooked in a delicate blend of gravy, spices, like cumin, kasuri methi

Ingredients

Paneer 250 g
Chick pea flour 200 g
Salt
Carom seeds 1 ts
Chilly powder 1 ts
Cooking soda 1 p
Oil for deep fry
Chatmasala 1 tb
Pickle paste (any) 2tbsp

Directions:
Take paneer square pieces cut them like a pocket and stuff with favorite pickle, keep it aside.
Take a bowl add chickpea flour, salt, carom seeds, chilly powder, cooking soda, mix it like a thick batter.
Dip the paneer slices in the batter and deep fry them.
Cut the fried paneer pasanda pakoda and sprinkle chatmasala on it.
Enjoy this snack.
