Aaj mai palak aur paneer se bahot hi healthy aur tasty ek snacks recipe banane ja raha hu jo bachho ko bahot pasand ata hai aur is nashta ko aap bachho ke tiifen mai bhi de sakte hai.

Ingredients:

To Make Palak Dough:
2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cup Fresh Palak
1-Inch Chopped Ginger
2-3 Green Chillies
Salt as Per Taste
Water as Required

To Make Stuffing:
300gram Paneer
Cup Finely Chopped Onion
Cup Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
Cup Finely Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
Cup Finely Chopped Green Capsicum
2-3 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flacks
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt as Per Taste
3-4 Tbsp Finely Chopped Spring Onion
3-4 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 Tsp Oil

To Make Mayo Sauce:
Cup Mayonnaise
2-3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
To Make Palak Rollups:
Palak Paratha
Paneer Paratha
Mayo Sauce
Grated Cheese
