Fasting Paneer Pakora, Paneer ke Vrat wale Pakode, vrat ka khana, Paneer Ke Pakode Navratri Special, Upvas Paneer Pakoda

Ingredients
Paneer (पनीर) - 400 gms
Samo rice (समा के चावल ) - 1/2 cup (100 gms) ( soaked and grinded )
Water Chestnut Flour (सिंघारे का आटा) - 1/4 cup ( 40 gms )
Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 2 tbsp ( finely chopped )
Green chillies (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 ( finely chopped)
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च ) - 1/4 tsp
Sendha Salt (सेंधा नमक ) - 1 tsp ( or to taste)
Oil (तेल ) - For frying

How to Make Falahari Paneer Pakora :

1. Make batter of running consistency for pakora using grinded samo rice, water chesnut flour using water in small portions. If the batter seems dense add a bit of water to it.
2. In it add black pepper powder, sendha salt, finely chopped green chili, finely chopped green coriander. Mix all ingredients well. Meanwhile Put the oil to heat for frying the pakoras.Turn on flame.
3. Take paneer cut the paneer pieces in the desired shape, make sure the pieces are joint from below. Meanwhile for stuffing mix,black pepper powder, sendha salt. Mix it.
4. Fill masala in the paneer pieces, Press the paneer piece and keep aside. Stuff all the paneer pieces with spice mix likewise.Check if oil is suffeciently hot.
5. Stir the batter once, dip the stuffed paneer pieces in it, and coat it well with batter. Remove the extra batter. Put the pieces in oil to fry. Prepare all the pakoras and fry likewise.
6. Flip and fry them until golden brown. Take them out from the wok and keep in a plate. Fry all likewise. It takes 4 to 5 minutes to fry the pakoras at once.

Serving :
7. Sumptuous Falahari Paneer pakoras are ready.serve it with curd, falahari green coriander chutney or falahari sweet chutney of your choice.
