Mix all the ingredients of the filling together and keep aside. Add eno to the batter and mix well. Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of batter and cook the dosa till browned on both sides. Add the filling, fold in and add to the tiffin box. Serve it with some fresh fruits and dried fruits.
