What is Paneer?
- Paneer or Indian cottage cheese is a fresh cheese common in the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh) made from cow or buffalo milk. It is a non-aged, non-melting soft cheese made by curdling milk with a fruit- or vegetable-derived acid, such as lemon juice. Its acid-set form (cheese curd) before pressing is called chhena.

What is Dhaba?
- A Dhaba is a roadside restaurant in the Indian subcontinent. They are on highways, generally serve local cuisine, and also serve as truck stops. They are most commonly found next to petrol stations, and most are open 24 hours a day. Dhaba roadside eateries are a common feature on national and state highways. Earlier frequented only by truck drivers, today eating at a Dhaba urban or roadside is a trend.
