Ingredients :

2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Assorted Whole Spices
1 whole Hand Crushed Bay Leaf
1 tsp TATA Sampann Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp TATA Sampann Turmeric Powder
1/2 cup Onion Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 cup Tomato Puree
1/2 cup Diced Capsicum
1/2 cup Onion Petals
1 Fried Green Chilli
1.5 tbsp TATA Sampann Paneer Masala
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Cashew Paste
2 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
250 gm Pan Fried Paneer
1.25 cups Soaked Rice
1.5 cups Water
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves for Garnish

Method:

1. Take a pan, add butter to it along with a few cumin seeds, assorted whole spices and hand crushed bay leaf. Stir it nicely together.
2. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir it together.
3. Pour in half cup of onion paste, add ginger garlic paste and give it a nice mix.
4. Add the tomato puree along with diced capsicum, onion petals and a fried green chilli.
5. Stir all the vegetables along with the gravy made.
6. Add the paneer masala, mix and pour in water as required.
7. Now put some cashew paste along with a few spoons of cream.
8. Add kasuri methi, then add the pan fried paneer cubes in the pan and Give it a good stir.
9. Add soaked rice to the paneer masala pan along with water as required.
10. Sprinkle some salt, Cover and Cook for about 15 minutes.
11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and it's Ready to Serve !
