Hariyali paneer makhani is a punjabi paneer recipe with succulent paneer cubes cooked in creamy green gravy. The gravy is prepared by mixing spinach and makhan( cream) and is aptly spiced to suit every palate.

Ingredients:
Paneer 250 g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tb
Green chilly 8 n
Kasoori methi 1 tb
Turmeric ¼ ts
Green tomatoes 500 g
Salt
Spring onions 1c
Chopped coriander leaves 1 b
Basil leaves 8 n
Butter 2 tb
Whole garam masala (all) 1 n
Cream 2 tb
Honey 1 ts
Garam masala powder 1tb

Directions:
Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste, green chilly, kasoori methi, turmeric, tomatoes (green color) , add salt, cook for some time, add spring onions, chopped coriander leaves, basil(optional) cook for 3 minutes and blend in a blender nice thick paste,
Take another pan put it on the flame add some butter add whole garam masala, and add green paste cook for some time, add honey, add some water, once this comes boil add paneer, cook for 3 minutes then add cream, garam masala powder and mix well and switch off the flame.
Serve this hot with phulkas
