INGREDIENTS:
250 gms Paneer cut into triangles & little grated
4-5 tomatoes
3-4 cloves/laung
2 green cardamom/illaichi
2 small pieces ginger
6-8 garlic pods
12-15 cashews
3-4 tbsp butter/oil
2 small bayleaves/tejpatta
1 cinnamon stick/dalchini
3-4 onions finely chopped
Salt
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp coriander powder/dhania
1/2 tsp cumin powder/jeera
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp kasoori methi
4 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 tsp garam masala
Some fresh coriander
