DHABA STYLE PANEER LABABDAR
Ingredients :

Paneer -250 gms
Oil – 1 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp

FOR TOMATO ONION PASTE :
Oil – 2 tbsp
Dried Kashmiri lal mirch -3
Cardamom – 2 pcs
Cashews – 10 – 12 pcs
WaterMelon seeds – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tbsp grated
Garlic – 5-7 pcs
Tomatoes – 4 chopped
Onions – 2 chopped

FOR GRAVY :
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Cinnamon – 1 stick
Tej patta – 1
Onions – 2 finely chopped
Tomato – 2 finely chopped
Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Haldi – 1/4th tsp
Red chilipowder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Grated paneer – 1/4th cup
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Fresh cream – 4 tbsp

Ingredients:
KULCHA DOUGH :
Wheat flour(atta) – 2 cups
Salt – ½ tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Fresh curd – 1 cup
Water – 2 to 3 tbsp

CHEESE STUFFING :
Mozarella cheese – 1 cup
Garlic – 1/4th cup chopped
Green chillies – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Fresh coriander
