Paneer Frankie/paneer Kathi roll
For paneer marination
200 grams paneer (cut into cubes)
½ cup hung curd
1 tsp grated ginger
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp kasoori methi
¼ tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp red chilly powder
½ tsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
¼ tsp Turmeric powder (optional)
1/3 cup red bell pepper (cut into square shape)
1/3 cup yellow bell pepper (cut into square shape)
1/3 cup capsicum (cut into square shape)
1/3 cup onions (cut into square shape)
To make dough:
1 cup flour
½ cup wheat flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup milk or as required
¼ tsp oil
For salad toppings/dressing
½ cup cabbage, shredded
1/3 cup onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup carrot, thinly sliced
½ -1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
Coriander-mint chutney
