Crunchy and yummy in every bite.PANEER JALFRESIIngredients400 grams cottage cheese, cut into cubes 2 tablespoons oil1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)1 inch ginger, cut into juliennes3-4 dried red chillies1 medium onion, cut into squares1 medium green capsicum, cut into squares1 medium yellow capsicum, cut into squares1 medium red capsicum, cut into squaresSalt to taste¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon vinegar1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves2 teaspoons garam masala powderMethod 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, and once they begin to change colour, add ginger, red chillies and sauté well. Add onions and sauté for a minute. 2. Add green capsicum, yellow capsicum and red capsicum, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add salt and turmeric powder, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add vinegar and mix well. Add cottage cheese, mix well and cook for a minute. 5. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix well. 6. Serve immediately.
