Ingredients Quantity
Sweet corn 1 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Chopped chilli 2no's
Black pepper powder tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Grated paneer 1 cup
Corn starch cup + 2 tbsp
Refined flour 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Water as required
Chaat masala for garnish
Red chilli powder for garnish
Method
In a mixer grinder add sweet corn and grind it .
In a pan add oil , ginger, chillies and mix it well , now add corn mixture and mix it well , once it's cooked properly remove it in a bowl now add black pepper powder, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander leaves, salt, grated paneer , corn starch mix it well and give it a cylindrical shape now add some refined flour and roll it in the flour
In an another bowl add refined flour corn starch water and mix it well , add bread crumbs in a plate
Now take the prepared corn roll dip it in to the batter , remove it and dip it in to the bread crumbs mixture coat the rolls properly with the crumbs and refrigerate it for 10 to 15 mins and deep fry it . Once it turns golden brown and Crips remove on an absorbent paper, sprinkle some chaat masala and red chilli powder from top and remove it in a serving plate and serve hot
