Paneer Chilly

Ingredient Quantity

Paneer cubes 250 Gms
Soya sauce 1tsp + 1tbsp
Red chili sauce 1tbsp + ¼ cup
Red chilly powder ½ tsp
Black salt ¼ tsp + ¼ tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp + 1/2 tsp
LG Hing ¼ tsp + ¼ tsp
Refined flour 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1tbsp + 1tbsp
Oil for frying + 1tbsp
Water as required + as required
Ginger chopped 1tbsp
Garlic chopped 1tbsp
Green chilies slit 4-5 no.
Onion cubes 1no.
Capsicum cubes 1no.
Vinegar 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Spring onion 1tbsp + for garnish


Method:-

1. In a bowl add soya sauce, red chili sauce, red chili powder, black salt, chaat masala, LG Hing and mix it properly.
2. Now add paneer cubes in and mix it with care and properly.
3. Now add refined flour and corn starch in it and coat the paneer properly in it.
4. Now fry the paneer in hot oil till crispy.
5. Now in pan add oil let it get warm, till time take water in a small bowl and add corn starch in it and whisk it properly.
6. Once the oil is warm add LG Hing, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and sauté for a min.
7. Now add green chilies slit, onion cubes, capsicum cubes and sauté for some time.
8. Now add red chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, chaat masala, black salt, and salt to taste and mix it properly.
9. Now add water and let it cook properly.
10. Now add paneer in it and mix it evenly.
11. Now add the corn starch slurry made before and add spring onion and sauté for a min. Serve hot in the plate and garnish with some spring onion.
