BUTTER PANEER PATTIES GRAVY

In a bowl add 1 cup of grated khoya
Add some salt
Add 1 tsp of chopped almonds
Add 1 tsp of cashew nuts
Add 1 tsp of raisins
Add little bit of cardamom powder
And mix it
Then make some small balls
Take another bowl add 1 cup of grated paneer
Add 1 tsp of chopped green chillies
Add 1 tsp of chopped garlic
Add pinch of garam masala
Add some salt and mix it well
Then add 1 tsp of corn flour and mix it again
Then make some balls
Now stuff the khoya balls in to it
Take a pan grease some oil
Put the paneer patties and cook in a slow flame
Take another pan add oil
Add 1 cup of onions
Add some salt and fry them
Now add 2 tsp of cashew nuts
Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
Add 1 cup of tomatoes
Add 1 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes
Now add 1 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder
Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
Add pinch of garam masala and cook for some time
Then grind into fine paste
In a pan add 1 tsp of butter
Add 1 tsp of kasoori methi
Add grinded tomato puree
Add 2 tsp of tomato ketchup
Add 2pinches of sugar
Adjust the salt
Finally add ½ cup of fresh cream
And switch off the flame
Now with roti and enjoy
