Paneer / Panir Butter Masala

Ingredients:

to Grind:
Cashew 5 (Soaked in water for 10 mins)
Cloves 4
Cardamom 2
Peppercorn 1/2 tsp
Curd or Yogurt 1/4 cup

for Fry:
Oil 2 tsp
Paneer (Cubed) 200 gms

And, the Rest:
Butter 2 tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
Dried Red Chili 2
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Onion (Finely chopped) 1 cup
Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato (Ground) 1 cup
Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi (dried Fenugreek Leaves) 1 tsp
Green chili 1
