Butter - 1 + 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion big - 1 or 1.5 if medium sized
Tomato (Bangalore) - 4
Red chillies - 5
Ginger - 1.5"
Garlic- 2 cloves big or 3 small ones
Green chilly - 1
Cashews - 10 whole
Khus khus - 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder / Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt - as required
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
