Hello Foodies.....Learn how to make Paneer Bhurji Paratha - Scrambled Cottage Cheese Bread Recipe Paneer Bhurji Wrap Recipe | Paneer Bhurji Pocket Recipe | Best BitesWritten recipe :-Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds (jeera), asafoetida (hing).Then Add finely chopped garlic, green chilly & onions & sauce for 1 mins.Add capsicums, ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Saute all for 2 minutes.Next add all the spices {turmeric powder (haldi), red chilli powder , coriander (Dhanya)powder, roasted cumin (jeera) powder and salt to taste. Mix everything well & cook for 2 mins.Next add crumbled paneer & garam masala & mix well.Sprinkle coriander leaves. Mix well. Let the mixture cook for 1-2 minutes. Don't overcook them. Turn off the flame and keep it aside.Take a leftover roti, Spread tomato ketchup in the center of the roti.Fill the stuffing mixture in the rotis and seal the edges Heat up butter on a round-bottomed pan. Roast the pockets till they show brown spots. Cut them into half and serve them with coriander mint chutney or ketchup.
