Written recipe :-
Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds (jeera), asafoetida (hing).
Then Add finely chopped garlic, green chilly & onions & sauce for 1 mins.
Add capsicums, ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Saute all for 2 minutes.
Next add all the spices {turmeric powder (haldi), red chilli powder , coriander (Dhanya)powder, roasted cumin (jeera) powder and salt to taste. Mix everything well & cook for 2 mins.
Next add crumbled paneer & garam masala & mix well.
Sprinkle coriander leaves. Mix well. Let the mixture cook for 1-2 minutes. Don't overcook them.
Turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Take a leftover roti, Spread tomato ketchup in the center of the roti.
Fill the stuffing mixture in the rotis and seal the edges
Heat up butter on a round-bottomed pan. Roast the pockets till they show brown spots.
Cut them into half and serve them with coriander mint chutney or ketchup.
