Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:For the bhurji:Olive oil: 2 teaspoonsDiced onions: 2 tablespoonsBaby corn: 2 tablespoonsMixed bell peppers: 2 tablespoonsGrated carrots: 2 tablespoonsSalt to tasteGreen chillies: 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder: 1 tablespoonPaneer: ½ cupKissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoonsCoriander leaves: 1 tablespoonFor the pancakes:Whole wheat flour: ½ cupButtermilk: 150 mlSalt and pepper to tasteMethod of Preparation:For the paneer bhurji:- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and allow to cook.- Add baby corn, bell peppers and grated carrots, cook for two minutes.- Add salt, green chillies, garam masala and paneer to the pan.- Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and coriander leaves. Mix well.- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.For pancakes:- Add flour, buttermilk, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. - Mix well to make a smooth batter.- On a heated pan pour a ladle of the batter and spread it gently.- Spread the paneer bhurji on top of the pancake.- Cook the pancake evenly on both sides.- Allow the pancakes to cool and pack them into the tiffin box.Tiffin Siders:Cashews and papaya (or any fruit of your choice)
