Ingredients:
For the bhurji:
Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
Diced onions: 2 tablespoons
Baby corn: 2 tablespoons
Mixed bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
Grated carrots: 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Green chillies: 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder: 1 tablespoon
Paneer: ½ cup
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon

For the pancakes:
Whole wheat flour: ½ cup
Buttermilk: 150 ml
Salt and pepper to taste

Method of Preparation:
For the paneer bhurji:
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and allow to cook.
- Add baby corn, bell peppers and grated carrots, cook for two minutes.
- Add salt, green chillies, garam masala and paneer to the pan.
- Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

For pancakes:
- Add flour, buttermilk, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl.
- Mix well to make a smooth batter.
- On a heated pan pour a ladle of the batter and spread it gently.
- Spread the paneer bhurji on top of the pancake.
- Cook the pancake evenly on both sides.
- Allow the pancakes to cool and pack them into the tiffin box.
