Paneer Bhurji (Keto Friendly) | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A healthy and keto-friendly version of the delicious Paneer Bhurji.

PANEER BHURJI (KETO FRIENDLY)

Ingredients

400 grams cottage cheese (malai paneer), grated
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp chopped onion
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
Coriander sprig for garnish

Method

1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in non-stick pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, let them change colour. Add green chillies, and onion. Mix well and sauté till translucent.
2. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add cottage cheese (malai paneer) and mix well.
3. Add salt and fresh coriander, mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Take it off the heat.
4. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
