A wonderful curry consisting of paneer cubes filled with green chutney and dry fruits like cashews and raisins and then fried them and dip them in mouth watering gravy made with onions and tomatoes.
Try this Paneer Pasanda at home . if you are a lover of recipes made with paneer ,then this is the perfect recipe for you.

Ingredients;
Paneer (cottage Cheese)
Onion Paste 2 medium size
Tomato Paste 3 medium size
Green chutney ( mint coriander) 1tbsp
Cashewnuts 1 tbsp(Chopped)
Raisins 1 tbsp(chopped)
Red pepper powder 1/2tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Salt
Cream
Maida or Cornflour ( for coating)

Method:
1. In abowl, add 2tbsp of grated paneer ,add 1tbsp of green chutney,1tbsp raisins(chopped) , cashews (chopped). Mix them well.
2. Cut the paneer into cubes and then slit it from the centre upto 2/3rd of its length.
3. Fill the paneer pockets with prepared stuffing.
4. Prepare maida (all purpose flour) batter.Add maida in abowl ,add salt and black epper powder and then add water ato make a thick batter.
5. Dip the prepared filled paneer cubes in this maida batter and then deep fry them in medium hot oil till paneer gets little bit of colour
6. Heat the oil in a pan,add Cumin seeds and let them crackle and then onion paste (2 medium sized onions grind them in grinder). Cook it for 3-4 minutes or till it gets golden brown in colour.
7. Add tomato paste ( 3 medium sized tomatoes grind them in grinder) . Cook it for 2-3 minutes or till tomatoes starts leaving oil .
8. Add red pepper powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala,amchur powder( dry mango Powder) and 1tsp sugar (optional) and mix them well.
9. Add cream and mix it then add kasoori methi in it and mx it again.
10. Add 1cup milk and boil the gravy for 1minute while continously stirring till it starts boiling
11. Add ½ cup of water and adjust the consistency of gravy.
12. Cook the gravy for another 1 minute.
13. Add remaining stuffing ( if any) in the gravy and let it cook for another 1 minute
14. Turn off the flame.
15. Pour the gravy in serving bowl and place fried paneer cubes over that.
