Ingredients

2 spoons of ghee
1/4th cup TATA Sampann chana dal
1/4th cup TATA Sampann moong dal
1/4th cup TATA Sampann toor dal
1/4th cup TATA Sampann masoor dal
1/4th cup TATA Sampann urad dal
1/2 cup Basmati or Tukda basmati
1 cup finely chopped Onion
1 cup finely chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp TATA Sampann Dal Tadka Masala
2 Green Chillies Slit
1/4th cup of Coriander
Salt to taste
3 cups to cook the Khichadi.

Method :
1. Mix all the Dal's in a bowl and soak in water for 4/5 hours
2. Heat 2 spoons of ghee in a kadai and add jeera . Let it crackle
3. Add onion , ginger garlic paste and chillies and saute
4. Add the tomatoes and let the mixture become pulpy
5. Add turmeric red chilli powder and cook more
6. Now add the daals and the rice and some salt and stir
7. Add 3 cups of water to the kadai and cover the lid to let the khichadi cook for 15 mins
8. Once the daal and khichadi looks mushy add 2 spoons of TATA sampann dal tadka masala and add more salt of necessary and coriander.
9 . Serve with ghee and one pot meal is ready to eat .
