Prepare K&N’s Mortadella slices as per the instruction on pack. Set aside.2. Then in a bowl add egg, milk, salt and black pepper. Whisk until foamy.3. In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat until foamy.4. Add eggs and cook, stirring, until large, fluffy curds form and eggs are fully cooked for about 3 minutes.5. Your scrambled egg is ready. Set aside.Directions for pancakes:1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.2. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, vanilla essence and melted butter; mix until smooth.3. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter in pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.4. Cook until brown on both sides. Set aside.Assembling: 1. Take pancake, top it with lettuce leaf and scrambled egg.2.
