Pan Seared Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce


Ingredient for Pan seared fish:
boneless fish (Mali) 1 kg
salt 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp

Ingredient for lemon butter sauce:

butter (nurpur) 4 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Nurpur Dairy Cream 2 cups
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Directions for fish margination:
1- In a bowl add fish, salt, mustard paste and black pepper and mix it well.
2- Marinate it for 1 hour.
3- In a pan heat butter, sear fish in butter from each side until fully done.
4- Your fish is ready. Set aside.
Directions for lemon butter sauce:
1- In a pan, add butter and garlic. Saut for a minute.
2- Now add cream and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3- Now add salt, black pepper, mustard paste, and lemon juice. Now cook for 2-3 minutes.
4- Your lemon butter sauce is ready. Serve with pan-seared fish and enjoy.
