Thai-style pan-seared chicken loaded with flavours and super easy to make!

PAN SEARED THAI CHICKEN

Ingredients

6 chicken thighs on the bone
¼ cup red Thai paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsps olive oil
Lime wedges for garnish
Fresh coriander sprigs for garnish

Method

1. Take chicken thighs in a bowl, add salt and red Thai paste and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place the chicken thighs and cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other for 3-4 minutes on high heat as well. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes.
3. Add ¼ cup water, mix and continue to cook till the chicken is cooked completely. Flipping occasionally.
