Take chicken thighs in a bowl, add salt and red Thai paste and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place the chicken thighs and cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other for 3-4 minutes on high heat as well. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes.3.
