Pan Baked Shiitake Mushrooms
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
100g shiitake mushrooms
Salt, to taste

PREPARATION
1. Remove stems from the shiitake mushrooms. Season the shiitake with salt in a bowl. Rest for 10 minutes.

2. Coat a pan with vegetable oil. Place the shiitake onto the pan (caps up).

3. Put the lid on and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

4. Flip all shiitake and cook for 2 more minutes.

5. Serve the shiitake with sudachi, kabosu, and soy sauce.

6. Enjoy!
