Paneer and cheese mixture wrapped in a spinach leaf, dunked in pakoda batter and deep fried – a yummy grab to go with chai!PALAK PANEER PAKODAIngredients15-20 spinach leaves, blanched150 grams cottage cheese (paneer)¼ cup grated Mozzarella cheese¼ tsp crushed dried red chillies1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leavesSalt to taste180 grams Tata Sampann Pakoda MixOil for deep fryingTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Grate paneer into a bowl. Add mozzarella, crushed red chillies, chopped coriander, salt, and mix well. 2. Place a portion of the prepared mixture into each spinach leaves and fold the sides and roll it. Set aside.3. In a bowl, add Tata Sampann Pakoda Mix and add little water, whisk till it forms a smooth batter of coating consistency.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, dip and coat each spinach rolls into the batter and drop them into the hot oil. Deep fry till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.5.
