Ingredients
Chopped fenugreek leaves ( Methi): 1 cup
Chopped spinach: 1 cup
Whole wheat flour: 1/2 cup
Besan: 1/2 cup
Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder (Haldi): 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida (hing): 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Carom seeds (Ajwain): 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds (Til seeds): 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
Water as required

Method:-
Heat a pan and toast sesame seeds and carom seeds in it
Take a bowl, add flour, besan, toasted seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, hing, cumin powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, spinach, methi leaves, Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce and water. Mix it well
Now heat oil in a pan, add a spoonful of the mixture and shallow fry it until it’s golden brown
Pack the crispy fritters in the tiffin box
