Palak Masala Chicken INGREDIENTS:Turmeric - ½ tspGarlic - 10 clovesGinger - 1 piece Green chillies - 5 nos.Tomatoes - 2 nos.Fennel seeds - 1 tspCumin seeds - ½ tspRed chillies - 3 nos.Coriander leaves - 1 bunch Chicken (pieces) - 500gms Kasuri methi powder - ½ tspNutmeg powder - ½ tspMustard oil - 1 tspOil - 1 tspSpinach - 1 bunchCream - 1 cupDIRECTIONS:Take turmeric in a plate, add garlic, ginger, green chilies, tomatoes, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and red chilies, coriander leaves grind them into a fine paste.Heat mustard oil in a pan, add red chilies, chopped ginger, garlic and add masala paste and saute it until all the raw flavour is gone.Now, add chicken pieces cook it for few minutes by adding water.Then add kasuri methi powder, nutmeg powder, chopped spinach cook it for 2 minutes. At last, add some cream cook it for a minute.
