Palak Masala Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Garlic - 10 cloves
Ginger - 1 piece
Green chillies - 5 nos.
Tomatoes - 2 nos.
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Red chillies - 3 nos.
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Chicken (pieces) - 500gms
Kasuri methi powder - ½ tsp
Nutmeg powder - ½ tsp
Mustard oil - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Spinach - 1 bunch
Cream - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Take turmeric in a plate, add garlic, ginger, green chilies, tomatoes, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and red chilies, coriander leaves grind them into a fine paste.

Heat mustard oil in a pan, add red chilies, chopped ginger, garlic and add masala paste and saute it until all the raw flavour is gone.

Now, add chicken pieces cook it for few minutes by adding water.

Then add kasuri methi powder, nutmeg powder, chopped spinach cook it for 2 minutes. At last, add some cream cook it for a minute. Then switch off the flame.

Now delicious Palak Masala Chicken ready to serve with hot rice
