Watch to learn how to make Palak & Doodhi Pakodas.Ingredients:1) 8-10 leaves Spinach2) Sliced Doodhi 3) 1 cup Gram Flour4) 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder5) Soda6) 1/2 tsp Ajwain Seeds7) Coriander Leaves8) SaltMethod:1. For the batter, mix gram flour, red chilli powder, soda bi-carb, carrom seeds, coriander leaves and salt with water.2. Dip slices of doodhi in the batter and coat evenly and fry in hot oil on a medium flame until crisp and golden brown.3. Dip each palak leaf in the batter and fry till golden brown.4.
