Try these delicious palak cutlets and serve it to your loved ones as it makes for an amazing evening snack.PALAK CUTLETIngredients1 medium bunch of spinach (palak), blanched and drained2 green chillies, stemmed and broken ½ inch ginger3 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed½ tsp garam masala powderSalt to taste1 cup fresh breadcrumbsOil for greasing + for shallow fryingTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Coarsely grind together blanched spinach, green chillies and ginger in a mixer without using any water. Transfer this into a large bowl. 2. Add potatoes, garam masala powder and salt and mix till well combined. Add fresh breadcrumbs and mix well.3. Grease your hands with some oil and take a small portion of the mixture and shape it like a ball. Slightly flatten to shape it like a cutlet. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick shallow pan. Slide in the cutlets and shallow fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
