A great way to give your kids their dose of greens and protein in one delicious dish.PALAK CHICKEN KEEMAIngredients10-12 fresh spinach leaves1 cup fresh spinach puree250 grams chicken mince (keema)3 tbsps oil3 medium onions, chopped + to serve1½ inch ginger, finely chopped12-15 garlic cloves, choppedSalt to taste1 medium tomato, chopped¼ cup shelled green peas½ tsp garam masala powder¼ cup tomato puree2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tsp lemon juicePavs to serveLemon wedges to serveMethod1. Shred spinach leaves and set aside.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger and garlic and mix well. Cook for a minute.3. Add chopped spinach leaves, spinach puree and salt and mix. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken mince and mix. Sauté on high heat for 1-2 minutes.4. Add tomato and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add green peas and mix well.5. Add garam masala powder and sauté for 1 minute. Add tomato puree and ¼ cup water and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.6. Switch the heat off, add chopped coriander and lemon juice, mix and transfer into a serving bowl.7. Serve hot with pavs, lemon wedges and chopped onion.
