Packing Lunch for my Preschooler in a PlanetBox Lunchbox (what I packed vs. what she ate) - Kosher

Today I filmed the prep, completed lunchbox and what came home from school uneaten by my 4 year old.

Today's lunch featured fish and dairy, plus lots of fresh fruits and veggies: Salmon Salad in tomato cups, quick cucumber refrigerator pickles, sliced raw kohlrabi with ranch dressing, tortilla chips, a sliced kiwi and two dried apricots. My daughter also receives snack at school, so obviously, this lunch was a bit of overkill, but I typically overpack and let her choose what she wants to eat - on certain days, she'll have a lean breakfast and then eats her entire lunch.

Hope you enjoy these types of videos. I'd love to hear your feedback on what your preschoolers enjoy in their lunch, or if any of these items look good to you! Tomato cups are one of my daughter's favorites...she could eat them 3x a day, if I let her!
