Orange Sponge Cake

Ingredients:

4 Egg Whites
1 tsp Vinegar
120 grams ( 1/2 cup) Fine Sugar
4 Egg yolks
120 grams plain Flour (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp Salt
30 grams (1 1/2 tbp) Oil
40 ml ( 8 tsp ) Fresh Orange Juice
1 Tbsp Orange Zest
Food Colouring
