Orange Cake Roll
Servings: 1 square cake pan (25 x 15cm )

INGREDIENTS
Sponge cake
2 eggs
25g granulated sugar
30g flour

Yogurt cream
50g drained yogurt
50ml heavy cream
5g granulated sugar

3 small mandarin oranges

PREPARATION
1. Put the eggs and granulated sugar in a bowl. With a hand mixer, mix in a double boiler until think and pale in color . Sift the flour into the bowl and combine with a rubber spatula.

2. Pour (1) into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven (170C/ 338F) for 10 minutes.

3. Put all of the ingredients for the yogurt cream in a bowl. Mix until stiff peaks form.

4. Spread the cream (3) onto (2). Place mandarin oranges and roll. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

5. Enjoy!
