Put the eggs and granulated sugar in a bowl. With a hand mixer, mix in a double boiler until think and pale in color . Sift the flour into the bowl and combine with a rubber spatula. 2. Pour (1) into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven (170C/ 338F) for 10 minutes. 3. Put all of the ingredients for the yogurt cream in a bowl. Mix until stiff peaks form. 4.
