For those who want to try, here's the full recipe:Ingredients 2 wong bok cabbages2 thumbs of ginger2 bulbs of garlic2 tbsp salted krill60ml fish sauce1/4 cup green plum extract1/2 cup chilli flakesWater4 white onions4-5 chives5-6 spring onionsCabbage preparation1. Cut each cabbage leaf down length-wise, then in thirds.2. Rinse the cabbage thoroughly. 3. Sprinkle a generous amount of salt on the cabbage.4. Leave the cabbage to rest for 30 minutes.5. Flip cabbage and leave it to rest for another 30 minutes. 6. Flip cabbage again and leave it to rest for another 30 minutes.7. Rinse the cabbage.Kimchi preparation1. Blend ginger, garlic, salted krill and fish sauce with a blender.2. Add green plum extract and chilli flakes.3. Add water bit by bit until paste turns into a sambal chilli consistency.4. Cut onions into thin slices.5. Cut spring onions length-wise into 5cm chunks.6. Cut chives into 5cm chunks.7. Mix onions, spring onions, chives and cabbage into kimchi paste.That's all!
