Onion Potato Salli

Potatoes 200 g
Butter 1 tb
Onions 2n
Sugar 1 ts
Salt to taste
Chilly powder 1 ts
Crush pepper ½ ts
Turmeric pinch


Potatoes cut into juliennes and fry them in the hot oil till crispy and golden in colour. Sprinkle some salt, chilly powder mix it well.

Heat pan and add onions, add butter, sugar and salt, cook for some time and add crush pepper, turmeric, mix it well and add potatoes toss it and switch off the flame.
