Given below are the ingredients of this Kachori recipe.Ingredients:For Dough:2 cups Maida1/4 cup Oil1/2 tsp Ajwain/Carrom seedsSalt to tasteFor Filling:3 large Onions chopped fine2 Green Chillies chopped fine1 tsp Kalonji/Nigella seeds1 tbsp Red Chilli powder1/2 tsp Garam masala1 tsp fennel2 tbsp Oil2 tsp Coriander powder2 tbsp BesanChopped Coriander leavesSalt to tasteOil for deep fryingMethod: Combine the Maida, Ajwain, Salt and oil to make a crumbly texture. Add water little by little to make a stiff dough. Keep aside. In a pan heat t tbsp Oil and add the Kalonji, Fennel, Green Chillies, chopped Onions and saute till Onions change colour. Then add Salt, Red Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Besan and combine well. Saute for a minute. Finally, put in the Coriander leaves and mix well. Keep the filling aside to cool.
