One pot SALMON steamed rice and vegetables

This one's hard to explain .. but I've started sometimes steaming the rice, salmon and vegetables in the same pot. Yes, you don't get the crispy salmon skin, but you get everything cooked quickly and with minimal cleanup.



Probably goes without saying that having a dipping sauce of some kind is key to cooking like this. If you ONLY ate steamed rice,salon,veg --- I guess you would be pretty healthy but also very bored!
