I am using salted version1 cup sugar1 medium size egg1 tsp vanilla2 tbsp milk ( any kind)1/4 cup cocoaMethod:Combine flour and baking powder. Beat sugar, egg and butter together until creamy. Add vanilla and flour+baking powder. Form a smooth dough and divide the dough into 2 parts. Next combine milk, butter and cocoa and add this mixture in half portion of dough to form chocolatey dough. Let the dough chill. Next form two logs ( one with Vanilla and one with chocolate). ) Cut into two halves and combine portion of vanilla with portion of chocolate. You can just press these pieces together or you may use egg wash. This log can be frozen as well. When ready to cook, cut into 1" thick cookies and bake at 350 F for 8-10 mins.
