INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rolled oat
1 cup lentil
1/2 cup rice
3-4 cups chopped spinach
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste(or chopped very fine) as per your taste
Salt to taste
water as needed.
