Place the batter for about 10 mins.5. Grease the idli trays with oil.6. After 10 mins add some more amount of water to bring the batter to desired consistency.7. Now steam the idlis in a steamer for about 10-12 mins.8. After 12 mins. our idlis are ready.9. Demould the idli when it comes to room temp.10.
