Oats Idli | Masala Oats Idli | Instant Oats Idli

If you are health concious and looking for recipe thats high in nutrition and low in calorie ,Oats Idli is a perfect recipe for you.

Ingredients:
Oats 1/2 cup
Semolina 1/2 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Capsicum 1/6 cup finely chopped
Carrot 1/6 cup grated
Tomato 1/6 cup finely chopped
Onion 1/6 cup finely chopped
Fruit salt(eno)1tbsp
Salt acoording to taste

Method:
1.Add oats in a bowl and then add semolina ,add salt and mix
them all .
2.Add capsicum,onion,tomato and carrot and mix them well.
3.Add curd and then add water and mix it well.
4. Place the batter for about 10 mins.
5. Grease the idli trays with oil.
6. After 10 mins add some more amount of water to bring the
batter to desired consistency.
7. Now steam the idlis in a steamer for about 10-12 mins.
8. After 12 mins. our idlis are ready.
9. Demould the idli when it comes to room temp.
10. Serve it with chutney.
